10-Way to 6 Flying leads Adapter
This product is already included with all our PIC handheld programmers
. It can be used with AVR, PIC and EEPROM programmers.
It is an adapter from the standard Kanda 10-way handheld programmer output to a 6 by 1-way format. The 6 flying leads are colour coded and the headers are 1-way female headers designed to plug on to standard 0.1" (2.54mm) pitch pin headers.
The pins available are VCC and GND plus 4 signal lines, which vary depending on the microcontroller or EEPROM family being used.
AVR ISP programmers such as keyfob, handheld, AVRISP-U and AVRUSB can use this converter to save space on the embedded microcontroller target board.
Version for PIC is different from this version, which is for AVR and EEPROM programmers. To use it with PIC, solder blob connection needs changing on rear of PCB.
The pin housings can be replaced with one 6-way connector if required. Kanda also supply other connector types if needed, please see
