Guarantee and Returns

Kanda operate a no quibble return for repair or replacement warranty on faulty goods.
Guarantee period is 1 year.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Any faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or repaired free of charge. Please contact us before returning an item as problems can often be solved by our technical support team without the need to return the item. We will issue you with an returns number (RMA) so your parcel can be dealt with efficiently when it arrives.

Unwanted Goods

If your goods are no longer wanted you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are complete, unused and undamaged and were not a custom item. You will have to pay the cost of return shipping. We will NOT refund the cost of the original postage cost of sending the item out.

Important for orders in USD - The economy shipping cost to countries where we show prices in USD may be subsidized on our shop so we reserve the right to deduct up to a further 10 USD from the amount returned at our discretion.

Please contact us before returning the goods and we will issue you with a returns number (RMA). Also please ensure that the item is returned in sufficient packaging (the original packaging is an acceptable standard).

Items ordered in error

On the chance you ordered the wrong product, we will happily exchange it for the correct item charging or refunding the price difference where appropriate. Please inform us within 7 days of receipt should you wish to do this. Please note that you will have to cover any additional shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

If you have placed an order but realised you have either made a mistake or want to cancel the purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot always cancel the order as we ship orders as soon as we possibily can. If your order has already shipped, you may incur a postage cost to return the item and also the original postage of sending the item out.

Incorrect Address

When you place an order, it is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct. We will not be able to refund or replace your order if the shipping address provided is missing key details such as the house number, road name or Zip/postal code. Please make sure you check your delivery address carefully before confirming the order.

Important - Fedex, for express delivery, can not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Economy shipping is by recorded airmail e.g. USPS and can use mail boxes.

Privacy and Data Security

Placing and order or requesting a quote and registering on our web site means that we will store the information you give us, such as name, address, phone and email.
