The only difference between the 2 versions is connection of one wire is set differently, using a solder blob on the rear of the PCB. This can be changed easily with a soldering iron
It is an adapter from the standard Kanda 10-way programmer output to a 6 by 1-way format. The 6 flying leads are colour coded and the headers are 1-way female headers designed to plug on to standard 0.1" (2.54mm) pitch pin headers.
The pins available are VCC and GND plus 4 signal lines, which vary depending on the microcontroller or EEPROM family being used.
