Ready mounted 3V ATMega128L Devices
These ATmega128L microcontrollers are only available in 64-pin TQFP Surface Mount packages, which make them tricky to use in development. So we have mounted them on a plugin board with standard 0.1 inch (2.54mm) pitch headers for ease of use. They can be used on their own, in stripboard for example, or will plug straight into a STK300 board.

CMOS based 8-bit Microcontroller with:
- 128 KBYTES of In-System Programmable Flash
- 4K BYTES of In-System Programmable EEPROM
- 4K BYTES of SRAM
- Analog Comparator
- Watchdog
- SPI
- Timers and Real Time Counter
- 2 Programmable Serial UARTs
- Multi-channel ADC
- Multiple Fuses
- Voltage range is 2.7 - 5.5V
- 8 MHz frequency at 2.7V. Should run at 16MHz at 5V but not guaranteed by Atmel
