We haven’t seen this problem with the latest Wellon 64-bit program – there are separate programs for 32 and 64-bit Windows so you need the correct one for your system. Kanda have done an installer that automatically installs the correct version to avoid this problem.
If you do get it, you need to disable Device Signature Enforcement.
When PC starts, press F8 key a few times to get Advanced Boot Options menu. Scroll down with arrow key to Disable Device Signature Enforcement and press Enter.
Windows will start (this time only) without Device Signature Enforcement and you can install your Wellon programmer. A Wellon datasheet is available with more detail.
