Ready mounted 3V ATMega128 Devices
These devices are only available in TQFP Surface Mount packages, which make them tricky to use in development. So we have mounted them on standard 0.1 inch (2.54mm) pitch headers for ease of use. They can be used on their own or will plug straight into a STK300 board.

- Voltage range is 2.7 - 5.5V
- 8 MHz frequency at 2.7V. Should run at 16MHz at 5V but not guaranteed by Atmel
