Delivery Companies
We have extensive experience of the operations of different carriers and now use Fedex for Express deliveries.
Fedex, and carriers generally, cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.
We do offer a less expensive but slower Express Service, using Parcelforce (partners with EMS and General Parcel). Please contact sales@kanda.com for more information.
NOTE: Economy shipping is by Recorded Air Mail. This service is usually reliable but the delivery times given can be exceeded on some occasions. If you require guaranteed delivery times then use Express service. We can track parcels electronically to countries that use AIRSURE, but not International Signed For. See below for countries that use Airsure.

The Shopping cart gives exact cost when you choose your country. In a few cases, for example some countries or heavy parcels, the shop will not give a price and you will be sent a quote.

You can get an accurate express transit time for your package from Fedex Website (www.fedex.com).

- The Post Code/ZIP is SY23 4AY
- For Packaging type select Fedex Express Pack
- For type of goods (outside EU) select "Electronics > Electronic Parts"
Shipping Accounts
If you would prefer to have the shipping costs added to your own shipping account (DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS etc.) there is an option for this on the shop. When viewing your cart, choose Own Carrier and give details of your shipping account when asked. Then checkout as normal.
Disclaimer
In a few circumstances (eg unusual countries, multiple ordering of products, etc) these rates or quoted shipping times will not be valid. In these circumstances we will NOT charge your card, instead we will contact you.
Shipping Terms
The price you pay for shipping includes cost of carriage and insurance to your address by airmail or carrier. It does NOT include any Duties or Taxes levied on importation to your country, which are the responsibility of the buyer i.e. goods are delivered Duty Unpaid.
Import of our products to most countries is free of duty. This includes EU counties, other European counties, US, Canada, Mexico, Australia and South Africa. Some counties that do charge duty are listed in the table below.
Note: These duty figures are guides only. In addition to duty, some counties may charge local sales taxes e.g. 10% GST in Australia. If in doubt, check with your local Customs department.

Countries that use Airsure
Airsure service allows parcels to be tracked on Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) to their destination. The older Signed For service only allows tracking to arrival in destination country.
