Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping Rates
Typical rates for 1 product, under half Kilo e.g. most ISP products.
The Shopping cart gives exact cost when you choose your country. In a few cases, for example some countries or heavy parcels, the shop will not give a price and you will be sent a quote.

TNT shipping times
You can get an accurate express transit time for your package from TNT Website (www.tnt.com).
NOTE: Please note that for a few destinations we do not recommend economy shipping due to losses in transit. We will then recommend the Express delivery option. Also, the delivery times for Economy shipping will vary depending on your destination. Most packages will be delivered well within the time shown but occasionally they may take longer.
Shipping Accounts
If you would prefer to have the shipping costs added to your own shipping account (DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS etc.) there is an option for this on the shop. When viewing your cart, choose Own Carrier and give your shipper's name and your account number on address screen. Then checkout as normal. Incoterms for these exports are Ex Works (EXW).
Express Delivery
We have extensive experience of the operations of different carriers and now use TNT for Express deliveries.
TNT, and carriers generally, cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.
We do offer a less expensive but slower Economy Express Service, for heavier shipments, over 5Kg. Please contact sales@kanda.com for more information.
NOTE: Economy shipping is by Recorded Mail . This service is usually reliable but the delivery times given can be exceeded on some occasions. If you require guaranteed delivery times then use Express service. We can track parcels electronically in countries that use AIRSURE, but not International Signed For. See below for countries that use Airsure.
Disclaimer
In a few circumstances (eg unusual countries, multiple ordering of products, etc) these rates or quoted shipping times will not be valid. In these circumstances we will NOT charge your card, instead we will contact you.
Shipping Terms
The price you pay for shipping includes cost of carriage and insurance to your address by airmail or carrier. It does NOT include any Duties or Taxes levied on importation to your country, which are the responsibility of the buyer i.e. goods are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU Icoterms).
Import of our products to most countries is free of duty. This includes EU counties, other European counties, US, Canada, Mexico, Australia and South Africa. Some counties that do charge duty are listed in the table below.
Note: These duty figures are guides only. In addition to duty, some counties may charge local sales taxes e.g. 10% GST in Australia. If in doubt, check with your local Customs department.
Economy Shipping by Recorded Mail
Both International Signed For and Airsure services allow parcels to be tracked on Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) until they arrive in the destination country. Airsure parcels can then be tracked on the postal site of your country right up to delivery at your premises.

New countries are offering Airsure all the time, and some who only offer International Signed For service at the moment are able to track them to delivery eg Norway. However, some cannot and we can only offer limited tracking for economy parcels in these countries eg India, Indonesia and Eygpt.
UK shipments are by Recorded First Class service and tracking is limited. Recorded parcels are very reliable and are generally delivered within 1 or 2 days, but if they are not it can take several weeks to track them.
