Economy Shipping
Economy shipping to USA is by recorded airmail, using Royal Mail and USPS. Despite its bad reputation, we have found that USPS is very efficient with international recorded mail, and the majority of parcels are delivered in 5-6 days and we have never had one get lost. If delays do occur, they are usually caused by US customs and Department of Homeland Security, not USPS.
Online tracking is available with recorded airmail. When we ship you will be sent a tracking number, which can be used to track the parcel on Royal Mail Website
When the parcel leaves the UK, tracking can be continued on USPS Website
Parcels may take a while to appear on USPS website as they are not registered until they clear customs.
If you use a PO Box for mail, please use this as shipping address for economy shipments.

Own Carrier
If you would prefer to have the shipping costs added to your own shipping account (DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS etc.) there is an option for this on the shop. When viewing your cart, choose Own Carrier. Then give your shipper's name and your account number on address screen during checkout. Incoterms for these exports are Ex Works (EXW).

The price you pay for shipping includes cost of carriage and insurance to your address by airmail or carrier. It does NOT include any Duties or Taxes levied on importation to your country, which are the responsibility of the buyer i.e. goods are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU Icoterms).
Import of our products to most countries is free of duty. This includes EU counties, other European counties, USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia and South Africa.
Note: In addition to duty, some counties may charge local sales taxes e.g. 10% GST in Australia. If in doubt, check with your local Customs department.
